I'm Brian Mahlangu — an author, speaker and operator. My books are the notes I wished someone had handed me earlier: how to diagnose broken products, how to build from zero without romanticising it, and what the next chapter of digital Africa actually asks of us.

I've spent the last decade in and around startups, SMEs and platforms trying to serve customers most tech never designs for. That work — the unglamorous, deeply local kind — sits at the centre of everything I write.

When I'm not writing, I'm on stages, in classrooms and around boardroom tables with founders, corporate teams and universities. The conversation is the same: build things that last, and stop mistaking motion for progress.
